Hunger Attack

After a good filling meal if you feel you are hungry before 2 hours had passed, then don't eat you might simply be thirsty so drink water it will do the trick!

To Weigh or Not to Weigh?

If you are on a diet weigh yourself once a week.
If you are not on a diet, keep watching your weight on a daily basis, could be first thing in the morning for instance. Fix the time to have a reference point!
